We only get paid
when the games work.

Revenue share on the GGR our titles generate. No integration fee, no monthly licence, no minimum guarantee. If they underperform, you have lost roadmap time, not money.

Three ways in

Most partners start at the first and move to the second once they have their own performance data. The third is for operators who want something nobody else can list.

Start here

Network supply

Rev share

The full catalogue, non-exclusive, on your platform. We carry the build cost and the certification cost; you carry a slot in the lobby.

  • All eleven titles, plus every future release
  • No integration fee, no licence fee, no minimum
  • Share of GGR on our titles only
  • 12-month term, 30 days notice either way
  • Promo tooling included, not billed separately
Once you have data

Timed exclusive

30–60 days

A window where a title is live on your brand and nowhere else, then it joins the network.

  • Uplifted share for the window
  • We co-fund the launch: creator kits, stream builds, tournament pools
  • KPI ratchet — hit week-one targets, we extend the support
  • Defined end date and network-exit plan in writing
Your IP, your maths

Bespoke title

Build + royalty

An original format built to your brief and permanently exclusive to your brand.

  • Development fee, deployment fee, then ongoing royalty
  • Your IP, your art direction, your name on it
  • Mechanic designed with you, not reskinned from the catalogue
  • Scoped and quoted before anything is committed

Rates are agreed per deal and depend on volume, market and whether you come direct or through an aggregator. Nobody in this industry publishes a percentage, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. But we open at the entry end of the market band, because we are new and you are taking the risk on us.

Direct, or through
your aggregator

Whichever costs you less engineering time. We would rather be easy to list than insist on a direct line.

Direct integration

You implement the four wallet endpoints against our remote game server. Better commercial terms, tighter promo coordination, and a named engineer on your side of the call. Worth it once our titles carry real volume for you.

Through an aggregator

If you already run SoftSwiss, EveryMatrix, Hub88, Relax or Pariplay, we come to you as content on a connection you have already built and certified. Nothing to integrate, and it is the route most operators should take first.

How long it actually takes

Direct: roughly two to four weeks of engineering against our sandbox. Through an aggregator: as long as their content-onboarding queue takes. In both cases certification and paperwork usually take longer than the code.

Crash is the least concentrated instant format. The top five Plinko titles hold 67.6% of that category’s visibility. The top five crash titles hold 29.0%, so there is still room at the top of the lobby. 29.0%

What you should
press us on

We would rather answer these in the first meeting than the fourth. Here are our answers before you ask.

“You have no live operators.”

Correct. You would be the first, and the commercial terms reflect that — no upfront, no minimum, short exit. Hacksaw Gaming signed its first distribution deal four months after founding; every studio you currently run was once in this position.

“Are you certified?”

Not yet — RNG and game-logic certification is in progress ([LAB], target [DATE]), against GLI-19, the correct standard for interactive gaming systems. We will not go live in your lobby before certificates are in your compliance team’s hands.

“What about minimum game-cycle rules?”

A live question we would rather raise than let you discover. The UK’s 2.5-second and Germany’s 5-second minimum game-cycle rules were written for discrete spins; a continuous-multiplier round with a player-timed cash-out does not map cleanly onto them. We are resolving the interpretation with our test house before targeting those markets, and we will tell you which jurisdictions are cleared rather than implying all of them are.

“Will it hold up under load?”

Crash load is correlated rather than smoothed: every player in a round moves on the same tick, which is harder to scale than independent slot spins. Cash-out validation is server-side and authoritative. The client is a renderer, and the tick stream is advisory. We will load-test against your projected concurrency before soft launch, and share the results either way.

“What promo tools ship with it?”

Free bets by API and batch upload, tournaments with configurable scoring, in-game drops and a missions layer, all included rather than sold as a paid tier or promised on a roadmap. We consider these table stakes for instant games in 2026 rather than a feature list.

Start with the
demo, not a deck.

Play the catalogue first. If nothing in it surprises you, we have not earned the meeting. If something does, here is what happens next.

  1. You play the demo floor

Fifteen titles, no account, no form. Send it to your product team and let them break it.

    Today
  2. We send the pack

Integration spec, maths documentation, RTP model, certification status and draft commercial terms. No NDA needed to read it.

    Same week
  3. Sandbox and a technical call

Your engineers get credentials and a test operator account. Ours answer questions directly, with no support tier to escalate through.

    Week 1–2
  4. Soft launch on a traffic slice

A subset of titles to a percentage of players, with a shared dashboard on GGR, bet volume, retention and mobile share.
